Yikes! The entries have been very, very sparse lately! I'm sorry.
A large part of the reason is that Jack has been sick for a month ... first with a low-grade ear infection that while not "serious enough to be treated," did make him clingy, whingey, and exhausting.
Then, once he developed the fever that allowed us to get the antibiotics into him, he also came down with a case of the flu ... or something.
And then, for good measure, he teethed in a new tooth.
The poor little guy has just felt dreadful all spring! But, he's much better now. The course of antibiotics cleared up the ear infection beautifully. The stuffy, runny nose and vomitting and diarhea are pretty much over, and the tooth is in -- and its counterpart doesn't seem to be giving him much trouble for the moment.
Jack has gone back to being a lot of fun!
